REPORT ON ORDINANCE No...........................of 1917.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary

sum of Two hundred and ninety-one thousand two hundred and seventy-

three Dollars and ninety-seven Cents to defray the charges of the

year 1916

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

1. This is a Supplementary Appropriation Ordinance in the

usual form.

2. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governor may properly assent in the name of Mis Majesty and on ilis

behalf.
